Perfect ingredients for having a Flat Tummy
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 cups of filtered water
- 1 tbsp of grated ginger
- 1 pc cucumber
- 1 slice lemon
- 1/3 cup of mint leaves
PROCEDURE:
- Cut the cucumber into thin-slice.
- Soak all the ingredients in a clean water jar/container.
- Leave the mixtures overnight, and drink it all the following day.
NOTE: You can add honey for a better taste.
