Mango Ice Candy

 SMOOTH AND CREAMY MANGO ICE CANDY


INGREDIENTS;

  • 2 cups whipping cream or all-purpose cream 
  • 1 cup condensed milk (adjust according to sweetness preference)
  • 1 1/2 cups ripe sliced mango
  • graham
  • 2 tables spoon of flour or corn starch
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or mango essence (optional)
  • ice candy wrapper/plastic (1 1/2 x 10)

PROCEDURE;

  1. Add sliced mangoes and 1/2 cup condensed milk in a blender. Mixed until it becomes smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, beat whipping cream until it will be thickened. Add 1/2 cup condensed milk and beat until combined. 
  3. Dissolved the flour in 2 cups of boiling water on medium heat.
  4. Combined steps 1, 2 & 3 together and mix thoroughly according to your desired sweetness and add vanilla extract.
  5. Divide the mixture leaving the other half plain and the other half mixed with crushed graham. 
  6. Arrange the sliced mango in the bottom of the ice candy wrapper and pour the mixture with graham in a half.  
  7. Then add the remaining mixture to make it full and sealed the wrapper.
  8. Freeze overnight before serving.

Note: Much better to use a blender to mixed the ingredients properly and a funnel for fillings.
