Flat Tummy Recipe

Perfect ingredients for having a Flat Tummy



INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 cups of filtered water
  • 1 tbsp of grated ginger
  • 1 pc cucumber
  • 1 slice lemon
  • 1/3 cup of mint leaves


PROCEDURE:

  1. Cut the cucumber into thin-slice.
  2. Soak all the ingredients in a clean water jar/container.
  3. Leave the mixtures overnight, and drink it all the following day.


NOTE: You can add honey for a better taste.
